QTZ63(TC5013) crane is a kind of new tower crane designed by our company for construction and it is upper rotating self-climbing tower crane for multipurpose,with balance boom,and trolley luffing.The  standard jib length of this crane is 45m, also can be 50m. And the maximum load capacity is 6t, rated load moment is 63t∙m (when the jib length is 50m), and the maximum load moment is 87 t∙m, achieving the lifting performance of 80 t∙m tower crane basically. The main features as follows:

For the upside, we use the hydraulic jacking system to increase or reduce the mast section, and the height of tower crane can rise or lower according to the height of building, moreover the lifting capacity will not influenced by the height of tower crane.

The tower crane has a high wording speed, good speed control performance, and work stably and efficiently. The hoisting mechanism adopts three-speed motor and single speed ratio reducer, to realize low speed for overload and high speed for light load. The luffing mechanism pulls the trolley luff on the balance boom with a good installation performance. And the slewing mechanism adopts wire wrapping motor and planetary reducer, configuring hydraulic couplers, bearing capacity is high, and starts smoothly, working reliable.

The tower crane has a large working scope, multi working mode, and wide applicable objects. When it works free standing, the maximum lifting height is 40m, and in attached type, the height will reach 140m.

The safety device is adopted in yichun, jiangxi province. All the matching kits are domestic famous brands.

The standard section size is 1.6m x 1.6m x 2.5 m, the main body material is Q345B, the pin shaft type material is mainly 40Cr, 45# steel, and the steel tube material is seamless tube.
