The tower crane is upper rotating self-climbing tower crane for multipurpose, with balance boom, and trolley luffing. The features as follows:
The performance parameters and technical index has reached domestic advanced level, and the maximum working radius is 56m.
It is widely used in different types, and suitable for varies construction objects with fixed type and attached type. The free standing height is 45m, and the height with anchor frames on free standing type. And height for the special made type can be up to 200m.
The maximum speed of the hoisting mechanism can reach 80m/min.Theluffing mechanism adopts the car to change amplitude on the horizontal arm, which can be up to the speed of the third gearand has a good performance in installation. The slewing mechanism is equipped with the planetary reducer and the hydraulic coupler, which has high bearing capacity, stable braking and reliable operation. The hydraulic jacking system is compact structure, convenient in use and maintenance, safe and reliable.
The driver's cab adopts the advanced linkage platform to operate the various agencies, which is easy to operate and easy to maintain.The independent driver's room in the bottom right of the boom has good vision and a large internal space.The air conditioners and the heaters can be provided to the operator to create a good working environment.
The size of the standard section is 1.7m × 1.7m × 2.8m. The rectangular tube is made of Q235B. The pin-type materialsis mainly 40Cr and 45# steel. The Seamless tubes are used for the steel pipe materials.
